Morning Routine – We get it, life is just so busy. In between those college classes, those work hours, your family or kids, you may hardly find even a bit of time for yourself. However, is your life supposed feeling stagnant. Do you feel that monotony is taking over you? Transforming you into an entirely different person?

Well, that happens, even to the best of us. In the midst of all the work and life in general, we forget to take some time out for ourselves. After all, one day you are going to get old and withered. A day will come when you will look back at your life.

So, wake up! Purposefully carve out some time for yourself. Follow a routine, but don’t let it become stagnant. Try doing these things, before 8 in the morning. 1. Get at Least 7 Hours of Shut-Eye

A fresh morning routine should always start with a dense sleepy night. It’s difficult, especially when there is the phone buzzing, work calling, and a thousand thoughts rushing through your mind. However, before 8 in the morning, you need to get at least 7 hours of sleep. That will refresh you instantly.

Sounds quite simple. Isn’t? However, something as simple as making a bed can help de-stress you. Many people wake up in the morning feel stressed about the things they have to do. Making a bed will help you reduce that tension. Remember, messy bed equals messy bed.

5. Meditate

6. Do Physical Activity

That’s quite obvious. However, many people miss this. They tend to go about their day, feel too busy to exercise. However, it’s quite essential, especially in the morning. When you sleep, your body functions slow, and the blood flow to different parts is reduced.

You need to ramp up your body in the morning. So, go to the gym, run, walk or simply move around and dance in the morning. If you are try to add any physical activity to your morning routine then here’re some ideas which you can add.

If it’s too cold and you aren’t used to cold water, try using lukewarm water and slowly go towards cold. A bath before 8 am will rejuvenate your senses, increase your chances of weight loss and improve immunity.

For instance, if you are going to be a successful entrepreneur, make sure that you work towards it in the morning. This will prepare you to work on your goals throughout the day.
